Last updated: November 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Canvas Home Remodel ("we," "us") collects when you use canvashomeremodel.com, call us, or text us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you send our estimate form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of work, your project description, and any photos you attach. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and anything you choose to send, including photos.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule and complete your project.
- To contact you about your project by phone, text, or email.
- To keep basic records of our work and estimates.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers: our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and estimate form submissions are delivered to our email by Web3Forms. These companies process information on our behalf.
- Licensed partners: if your project needs roofing or plumbing, we may share the relevant project details and your contact information with a licensed partner, with your OK.
- Legal reasons: if required by law.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your project, and keep reasonable business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you have sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Just call or text us at (713) 504-7525. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
